Reassuring of current diploma. - qualified instructors with an official Instructor's certificate from an accredited institution may receive an equivelant certificate from the WPO with minimum requirements.
Full qualification process - In order to receive an official instructor's certificate from the WPO, one must pass a technical, and written examination in addition to submitting written papers in English (discussing topics in:Anatomy, Phsiology, Coaching Theory, and Teaching Methodology). Technical examination may be taken via video and written examination via mail.

Official Exmainer Member - In order to receive an official examiner rank, one must be at least 30 years of age and have at least 3rd degree black belt in Pankration and must have an accredited instructor's certificate from the WPO.
n examiner may examine until two ranks below his rank, and no over than 4th degree black & blue belt. For higher ranks, the applicant needs to pass a practical test with the local examiner, receive a written recommendation from him, and mail it with a video cassette to the WPO international grading committee, which will have final decision.
The international grading committee is composed of the grading committee chairman, the country chief examiner, and a chosen WPO official.

Referee member - referees will be qualified and accredited by the IFPA.

Grading - Belt requirements
Each member may attend rank examination and/or receive recognition according to his/her professional level. (Examination may be taken via video).
The first rank for experienced martial artists will be given upon professional background skill, and practical examination.
